1. Product Warranty

Subject to correct application and where no external factors have contributed to product failure, the following product warranties apply:

• Specialised epoxy and sealing systems – 5-year product warranty

• Anti-slip floor treatments – 5-year product warranty

• Flexible silicone sealants – 24-month product warranty

• Standard wall and floor grout applications – 24-month product warranty

Statutory Building Warranties

A statutory warranty is a legal obligation, or implied promise, that a product or service meets certain standards, regardless of whether a specific warranty is offered. In New South Wales mandetory warranties to protect homeowners against defects works, lasting six years for major defeacts and two years for all other defects from completion date.
